Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and THE MUSIC GUY BUSINESS ("we", "us"), based in Malaysia, for your use of the Interval Hero app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Who can use Interval Hero

• To create your own account, you must be 16 or older.
• A child under 16 may use the app through an account created and managed for them by a responsible adult — their teacher or parent. That adult is responsible for the child's use.

Your account

Keep your password private and your account secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. Adding an email is optional but is the only way we can help you recover a lost password.

Subscriptions and billing

Interval Hero has a free tier and paid features. Our intended plans are:

Plan	Price
Individual — monthly	RM15 / month (US$3.99 outside Malaysia)
Individual — annual	RM150 / year (US$34.99 outside Malaysia)
Teacher / studio	For a teacher managing a roster of students — contact us.

• Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; see our Refund Policy for how cancellation and refunds work.
• Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit within Malaysia and in US Dollars elsewhere, and may include applicable taxes. We may change prices, but not for a billing period you've already paid for; we'll give notice of a change before it takes effect.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• break the law, or use the app to harm or harass anyone;
• try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the app or other accounts;
• copy, resell, or redistribute the app's content without permission;
• share an account to avoid paying for multiple users.

Display names and leaderboards

If you choose a public display name for a leaderboard, keep it clean and non-identifying — no real full names, contact details, offensive, or impersonating names. We screen names and may remove or reset any that break this rule. The global cross-studio leaderboard is off by default; you appear on it only if you opt in.

Our content and yours

The app, its design, and its exercises belong to us. Your practice data belongs to you; by using the app you allow us to store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep Interval Hero running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change, or pause features.

Ending your use

You can stop using Interval Hero and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used fraudulently; where fair, we'll give notice first.

Liability

Interval Hero is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the Malaysian courts.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app develops. We'll update the date above and, for significant changes, give clearer notice in the app.
