We want Interval Hero to be worth paying for. This policy explains how to cancel, and when you can get money back.
Interval Hero Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. We ask for your card when the trial begins, but you are not charged during the trial.
When the 7 days end, the subscription you chose starts automatically and your card is charged at the price shown when you signed up. If you don't want that, cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing at all.
If your trial converted and you didn't mean it to, tell us — the 14-day guarantee below covers that first payment in full.
You can cancel a paid subscription whenever you like. When you cancel, your paid features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and the plan simply doesn't renew after that. You won't be charged again once you've cancelled.
Cancel any time before your next monthly renewal and you won't be billed again. You keep access until the end of the current month you've paid for.
If you cancel partway through an annual plan, you can request a pro-rata refund of the unused whole months remaining on your subscription. For example, if you cancel with four full months left, you can ask for those four months back.
If Interval Hero isn't for you, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no fuss.
This applies to the first payment taken when a free trial ends, too. If you meant to cancel during the trial and didn't get to it in time, that charge is refundable in full under this guarantee.
To cancel: open your account page and choose Manage billing. You can cancel there yourself, at any hour, without asking anyone — during a free trial or on a paid plan. You can also update your card or download invoices from the same place.
To request a refund: email leroy.themusicguy@gmail.com from, or mentioning, the account concerned. We'll process any refund due within 14 days, back to your original payment method.
This policy sits alongside your rights under Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act 1999, which include a refund for the unused portion of a cancelled ongoing-service subscription. Nothing here limits those rights.
